Job Summary

The daily construction and electrical installation tasks on the site will be supervised by the Electrical Supervisor. Coordinating electrical teams, keeping an eye on project developments, upholding quality standards, and guaranteeing adherence to business policies, health, and safety regulations are all part of the job. Professionals with expertise overseeing electrical work on significant industrial, infrastructural, construction, or mining projects are well suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical installation and construction activities on project sites
• Leading and coordinating electrical technicians and contractors
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines
• Monitoring quality standards and productivity throughout project execution
• Tracking project progress and reporting on electrical activities
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and safety regulations
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Supporting the successful delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a relevant Electrical Trade Qualification or an Engineering Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
• Experience on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or mining projects
• Demonstrated ability to supervise electrical installation teams
• Experience working in remote project environments is an added advantage
