Job Description
The Web & Graphics Designer will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling web and graphic content to elevate the company’s brand identity and digital footprint. The role merges creative aesthetic design with technical web execution to deliver seamless user experiences across print and digital touchpoints.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Web Design & Maintenance: Design, update, and manage responsive company websites and landing pages, ensuring speed optimization, SEO alignment, user-friendly navigation, and quick technical troubleshooting.
- Graphic & Brand Design: Produce branded visual materials for both digital and print channels, including social media assets, banners, brochures, infographics, presentations, and internal communication layouts (newsletters, reports).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, ICT, and internal teams to execute campaign creative requirements and maintain complete brand consistency.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Practical knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating relevant web and graphic design work.
- Core Competencies: Strong creative problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, excellent time management, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
