The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, telephony and networking related infrastructure and systems within Netcare Hospitals. This individual ensures that hardware, operating systems, software, telephony, networking and IT related systems and software adhere to organizational policies and methodologies.

This incumbent will further be responsible for the Netcare Group Systems 1st line support onsite, will deal with the day to day Information Technology issues and support of the infrastructure and systems and will deal with all operational aspects of the Netcare IT landscape for their designated site.

This incumbent will also provide support for the following Systems including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Products and Suites, Active Directory, Windows Print and File Services, Windows desktop operating systems (roles and features), basic networking support, SCCM, SAP GUI, PABX and Netcare approved applications, systems and software.
