<p><strong>Job Grade: </strong>SBO </p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Head, Mobility Business</p><p><strong>Group: </strong>Mobility Business</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong> This role plays a vital part in aligning product strategies with the bank's overarching mobility objectives, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that sustain a competitive edge and shared value in the Mobility Ecosystem.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivery phases. </li><li>Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for platforms and products. </li><li>Document business objectives, requirements, and success criteria. </li><li>Ensure alignment with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Translate customer journeys into features, workflows, and product design. </li><li>Embed customer experience in platform and product design. </li><li>Act as interface between business, tech teams, and vendors.</li></ul>
