Provides advanced technical support either remotely or physically to help end-user resolve more complex issues with computer hardware and software by responding to inquiries and requests. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and address problems as well as identifies and implements appropriate IT solutions to enable proper functioning. Manages the overall response to user inquiries and ensure that the team can troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications.
Role responsibilities below:
- Design and maintain enterprise communication and correspondence architecture solutions.
- Develop and implement communication system standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Align IT communication platforms with business and operational requirements.
- Drive secure and reliable correspondence solutions across multiple channels.
- Integrate communication platforms with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Oversee email, messaging, document management, and digital correspondence technologies.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify communication technology needs and prioritization.
- Create technical roadmaps for communication and collaboration platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend new communication technologies and solutions.
- Lead solution design sessions and provide architectural guidance to all teams in the value chain.
- Ensure high availability and performance of communication infrastructure.
- Support cloud-based/archived communication and collaboration environments.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for communication systems.
- Develop technical specifications, and process flows for correspondence.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies within the communications space.
- Provide technical leadership during project planning and implementation phases.
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to protect communication channels and data.
- Ensure interoperability between communication systems and enterprise platforms.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for communication services.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, procurement processes, and solution assessments.
- Mentor junior technical staff and provide architecture governance oversight.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within communication technologies and processes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure efficient and effective digital correspondence workflows across the organization.
Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization
Deliver digital solution architecture services as assigned, preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to align technical direction and document future-state architectures.
Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be"
Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
Design and Conceptualization
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.
Horizon Scanning
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Business Requirements Identification
Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
