Rendor Estates start-up based in Dar es Salaam is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help drive sales, expand our client base, and contribute to the growth of the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Passion for the real estate industry.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, with the ability to present and explain property features effectively.
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Available to work full-time.
Fresh graduates and recent university graduates looking to start their careers are highly encouraged to apply. A valid driving licence and the ability to drive are an added advantage.
