The quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Competitive pricing/cost -20%
- Capacity to supply – 20%
- Delivery – 10%
- References – 5%
- Origin/source of pharmaceuticals -15%
- Payment Terms – 5%
- Ability to meet technical specification – 25%
- PURCHASE ORDER TERMS:
- This purchase order (PO) is subject to all the terms and conditions outlined in FHI 360 PO Terms “Supplier’s delivery of products, the performance of services or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the Terms. The Terms may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
- Termination: FHI 360 has the right to terminate the contract at anytime
- This contract shall not be subcontracted to a 3rd Party.

- “Quotation received after 5:00 PM. on the deadline date will not be considered.”
