Act as the official liaison between the company and the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA)
Ensure full compliance with the Insurance Act and all regulatory requirements
Manage licensing, regulatory filings, and statutory reporting obligations
Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Maintain adherence to “Fit and Proper” requirements
Oversee brokerage operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Ensure proper documentation of policies, renewals, and client records
Monitor premium collection and compliance with remittance requirements
Support claims processes and client service delivery
Provide advisory support to clients on insurance solutions and risk management
Strengthen relationships with insurers and key stakeholders
Support business growth, portfolio development, and market expansion
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, brokerage, or compliance environment
Proven experience in insurance operations, regulatory compliance, or client service
Requirements
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage regulatory relationships and operational processes effectively
