MFC Salaried Financial Adviser

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers, identify new business opportunities, and support retention.
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
• Receive visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact.
• Clarify customer needs, set objectives for sales calls, and gather information.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
• Ensure operational compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify business development areas.
• Create sales opportunities by representing the organization at business sector events.
• Conduct research and analyze key themes and trends using primary data sources.
• Participate in and contribute to a network of people, technologies, and ideas.

What is required of you?

An accredited financial adviser provides proactive, on-demand financial service and advice to customers within an allocated customer market. You will be accountable for maintaining superior service delivery to your customers, building strong client relationships, and recommending sound advice that delivers financial solutions in line with the customer's financial goals, the customer value proposition, and compliance frameworks.

What do we need from you?

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• FAIS compliance
• RE5 an advantage
• A valid Driver’s licence and your own car
• A clear criminal and credit check
• A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
