Job Description
As a Marketing, supervisor at Komonoya Japanese Supermarket in Dar es Salaam.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Driving the brand's awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Execute marketing campaigns that serve as key performance indicators (KPIs) and guidelines for sales.
- Effective marketing campaigns using social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and advertising.
- Plan and execute event campaigns and in-store trials to increase sales.
- Sales for expanding wholesale and franchising.
- Coordinate advertising efforts, including print media, radio, television, and online ads.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to optimise ad placements.
- Assist in budget allocation for marketing activities and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
- Obtain skills to increase sales, even if you have no experience with the measures.
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Excellent team management skills that facilitate smooth team relationships through good communication.
- Regularly report on the situation in the store to management and accurately convey instructions to staff.
- Conduct meetings appropriately in accordance with member performance
- In addition to basic operational skills, needs responsibility to unexpected situations appropriately such as troubleshooting and give instructions to staff.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure that product displays and store layouts are attractive, aligned with the brand, and encourage sales.
