Key responsibilities Court & Tribunal Representation: Attend matters in various courts, Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA), District Land and Housing Tribunal and other Tribunals. Pleadings & Legal Drafting: Draft pleadings, motions, and other necessary court documents for various legal proceedings. Registries: Assist clients with matters related to company and land registries, including filing and lodging documents, conducting search and making necessary follow-ups. Legal Opinions: Draft and issue well-researched legal opinions as required by clients and the Partners of the Firm. Partner Assistance: Provide dedicated support to specific Partners as assigned, assisting with legal research, case preparation, and other tasks as needed. Additional Duties: Perform other legal duties as assigned by the Firm’s Partners, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Firm. Qualifications & requirements LL. B degree from a recognized university. Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto. 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal department. Proven experience in civil litigation or practice in mining or corporate or business laws. Excellent legal drafting and research skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and commitment to serve clients.
