Position: Email Marketing Manager - Kigali

Responsibilities:

• Design, assemble and create overall email marketing campaigns
• Create an email database to reach the target audience.
• Plan and design different CTAs for email templates.
• Test achievement of each campaign and determine email marketing KPIs.
• Create a lead generation strategy and increase email subscriptions.
• Evaluate campaign performance and suggest techniques for improvements.
• Categorize and segment email lists of people on the basis of past email engagement and website interactions.
• Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions that prevail through email.
• Compose newsletters on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with the Marketing teams as well as managers.

Required profile:

• BA/BS degree in Management, Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven 5+ years of work experience with Email Marketing, Marketing Manager or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
• Ability to utilize marketing automation technology.
• Working knowledge of advanced email and digital marketing trends.
• Experience with email automation tools (e.g. Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Drip, etc).
• Exceptional working knowledge on marketing communications includes advertising, promotions, sales, branding and online promotion
