Job Description
The successful jobholder will be expected to manage Digital and E-Channels Systems to deliver business results and delightful customer experience. Diagnose and resolve system issues collaboratively with vendors and development teams. Participate in system implementation, maintenance, and security protocols while ensuring policies and procedures are well documented. Ensure optimal uptime and efficiency through monitoring and analysis. Ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to achieving a "Satisfactory" rating by adhering to internal processes.
