Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that all departments within the OK Furniture branch function optimally, furthermore, OK Furniture, a division of the Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has excellent opportunities available to join our management team. This opportunity will have you operating in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. If you can adapt at identifying and meeting customers' needs, driving sales, and delivering service, then this is the role for you.
Job Objectives:
- To provide excellent customer service
- To manage sales performance of the branch
- To ensure that all branch staff are managed effectively
- To control all stock management functions within the branch
- To report on all branch activities and relevant data
- To implement daily management control
- To maintain cost within the budged guidelines
- To control all cash management activities within the branch
Qualifications:
Essential .Matric .Branch Manager Designate Programme
Experience:
Essential .(2 years) Furniture Procedures .(2 years) Branch Management Experince .(2 years) Retail Experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential .(6 months) Branch Systems .(6 months) Branch reports .(1 year) Computer literacy.
Desirable .(1 year) Furniture Product .(1 year) Stock Management .(6 months) Financial Management .(6 months) Performace Management.
